well it's not really running my life but all i seem to do is either listen to music or play it. everychance i get i have my ear buds in and music is basically my life.

That's very usual ... to have music obsession. Try to do something else new while listening to music, and slowly adjust the balance.  Like I found writing after drawing. Now they are pretty balanced. Before that I just draw, no social or anything. |

I know but i'll have a full battery and i wont stop listening to it until it's dead, so what do you think i should do? IDK i'm running out of options

It's a late reply, I realise.
Last week I found myself totally obsessed in writing. I blocked myself from the books I write on (alienating them), and end up having writer's block. lols.
When you want to control the addiction, have the determination then you can do it. You are the one that make the choice. It's easy to understand, but hard to follow. Maybe think about how lazy are you to go recharge the phone.

*Smiles waekly* thanks my MP3 player battery died in school today it was so quiet, and i couldn't stop thinking aboiut my parents who are getting a divorce, it's finally sinking in that we'll never be a whole family, it's tearing the 5 of us kids apart
