I Feel so offle and mad at myself

I'm so mad at myself I fell asleep at 7am then woke up at 7pm I did not take my pills I did not eat much and I missunderstood about something that some one said and it was my best friends friend
I Wanted to get to know my best friends friend
becose she is alot like me so I got to talk to her today so we started talking and I was like asking how much best friends dose she have and she said she had 2 and one of them was my best friend so it got me worried
My best friends name is megan this is what she told me
there are best friends but then there are all so the bestist friends best friend means you are really close but besist friend means you are the closest
and ive always rememberd that but then
I Talked to megans friend and she told me megan was one of her best friends and I Frose and started to panik so I Called megan up and said um megan your friend said you and her where best friends but then megans friend told me No we are just close and I Felt so bad becose i Got the wrong ideya and I never ment to think anything it was all a miss understanding and I Feel so bad
I sent a e mail and a voice mail and a pm to her crying so hard telling megan how sorry I Was how it was all just a miss understanding and I told her how much I Trusted her and that I Would never think she would lie or anything but I still feel bad I made a miss understanding I was just paniked but then I Got the picture I just feel like a horible friend I
hope she wont get mad at me I Told her how sorry I Was and how much I loved her and how it was all a miss understanding and I told her I still trusted her I just got a panik atak miss understanding thing thats something I'm working on she has known me for 13 years I just feel bad that I did all that and i hope she will for give me she always has but still I sigh Man I am horible

Chrissy, don't panic about losing your best friend. If your new friend is best friends with your best friend, then just make sure you're best friends with your best friend's friend as well. That way, you would have much more best friends than before. Just because your best friend has another best friend, doesn't mean that you should be afraid of losing your best friend. In fact, you should make sure that you are all 'bestest friends' together. Keep up with all of your relationships, don't stress too much about losing your friends. As long as you keep smiling, and just be a good companion, then you'll know that you will never lose ANY of your friends.

I Feel bad becose I missunderstood something
